PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently absorb impact energy when a vehicle collides, and to sufficiently secure a space around feet of an occupant. SOLUTION: A tow board 1 is formed with a projection part 3, projecting backward, in a nearly central part of a lower part thereof, and the projection part 3 is provided with a tunnel part 4 extended backward. The tunnel part 4 is provided nearly corresponding to the space around the feet of the occupant, and a first bead 5 projected upward and extended in the back and forth direction is formed in the top surface of the tunnel part 4, and a second bead 6 formed into a groove of a predetermined width in the circumferential direction of the tunnel part 4 is provided on a front side of the first bead 5. The front side of the second bead 6 is formed with a third bead 7 extended forward from the first bead 5 and projected upward and extended in the back and forth direction. A rear end of the first bead 5 is provided with fourth beads 9a and 9b formed into grooves of a predetermined width passing through a shift cable through hole 8 in the circumferential direction of the tunnel part 4.
