PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient reverse osmosis membrane type water-purifying device where the power consumption of waiting time is relatively high, which is efficient even if the utilizing frequency of a water injecting operation is low. SOLUTION: The reverse osmosis membrane type water-purifying device where clean water b obtained by subjecting raw water (a) to filtering treatment by a reverse osmosis membrane type filtering means 1 is injected into a storage tank 3 is provided with: a clean water circulating path 11 branched from a water injection duct line 8 of injecting the clear water b into the storage tank and feeding the water into the reverse osmosis membrane type filtering means 1; and a controlling means where, upon the start of the filtering treatment in the water-purifying device, the water injection is inhibited, and, after the remaining water in the water injection duct line 8 is circulated for a prescribed time by the clean water circulating passage 11, the water injection is started.
