The invention relates to heat exchangers used for heat recovery in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The inventive plate-type heat exchanger packet (1) comprises alternating plates (2, 3) which are provided with triangle end faces (5) forming working media channels, wherein the packet flat plates (2) alternate with the shaped plates (3) whose cross-section shape, in the area defined by a triangle (6) in a direction parallel to the bases of triangles, is designed in such a way that it is saw-like or sinusoidal or embodied in the form of periodical or not-periodical function which has a single common point with each flat plates (2) restricting said function on both sides for the period. The triangle end faces (5) of the shaped or flat plates forming the working media channels are embodied in the form of planar figures placed on the plane of said channels. Said invention makes it possible to increase the heat-exchanging surface area and to enhance heat exchange.
