The device has a connection rod (5) that transmits axially aligned force to a needle. The rod has an unbalanced sleeve for conversion of rotation moment into axially aligned force. The sleeve is formed in such a manner that the sleeve causes variation of stroke that acts axially on the needle. The rod is axially driven by a swash plate (3) and is eccentrically arranged with respect to a rotation axis (2) of the plate, where the plate is made of plastic e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene. The rod is attached to a rod support in a radially movable manner.
