<p>The fully variable lift valve gear of an internal combustion engine has a rotatable adjusting shaft (2) with a center (C2), which is in drive communication with an adjusting device. The adjusting shaft is connected to a bearing bracket (5) with torsional fixing, and each bearing bracket below the center of the adjusting shaft is provided with a first connecting point (C4). A pawl (7) designed as a cam follower is pivotable around the aforesaid connecting point and on the side facing the lift valve (11) has a pressure face (7b) which when the valve is closed describes a radius contour (R1) around the center of the adjusting shaft and contacts the roller of a roller cam follower.</p> |
