The invention concerns a method for transforming plasma which consists in: separating the different constituents of a blood sample (1, 2, 3); extracting the plasma (1) from the other constituents (2, 3); filtering the extracted plasma (1) in the form of fresh liquid native plasma to remove the leukocytes therefrom.
