<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure capable of supplying a confluent flow rate, or supplying a discharge flow rate of only one pump to each actuator. <P>SOLUTION: At least one pair of first and second spools 2, 3 is incorporated in a valve body 1. First and second actuator ports 4, 5 and a tank passage 18 are formed in the valve body of a first spool 2 side. Third and fourth actuator ports 6, 7 are formed in the valve body of a second spool 3 side.
