<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device of a bag and the bag capable of preventing an erroneous operation of a dial and improving the freedom degree of disposition. <P>SOLUTION: This handle device A of the bag is so constituted that a dial lock 4 is fitted to a case-shaped handle base 3 which is connected at an appropriate distance apart for allowing the passing of fingers along a grip 2, via a handle arm 1, and the rotating direction of the dial 5 of the dial lock 4 is set in the orthogonal direction to the direction of passing the fingers. This bag is so constituted that the case-shaped handle base 3 fitted with the dial lock 4 is fixed to the outer surface of the bag body 6 and the dial 5 rotatingly moving approximately in parallel to the fixing outer surface is exposed from the handle base 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
