PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric device whose filter characteristics, such as an attenuation pole, a passing bandwidth, etc., are easily adjusted. SOLUTION: A first and a second resonance unit are equipped with holes 51 and 52, respectively. The holes 51 and 52 are equipped with second inner conductors 81 and 82 in the inside. A first terminal 11 is electrically coupled with the first resonance unit, and a second terminal 12 is electrically coupled with the second resonance unit. An intermediate conductor film 31, as a part of an outer conductor film 3, exists between the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12.
