FIELD: process. ^ SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of roasting free ashy gravel includes preparation of fly ash-cement raw meal, formation from it granules, application on granules surface floured raw meal and steaming. In the capacity of floured raw meal it is used mixture of milled breakage of silicate glass and thermal power plant ash, accepted with specific surface area 2800-5000 sm2/g in mass ratio 1:9-9:1. Formed granules are dried a little at temperature 80-90°C during 4-6 min till formation crust on its surface, after what applying on its surface of mentioned mixture is implemented by plasma spraying till receiving on granules surface covering, forming after steaming waterproof vitriform film. ^ EFFECT: increasing of waterproof and ornamentality. ^ 1 cl, 1 tbl |
