PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water receiving and splash preventing member capable of preventing water from splashing when a rainwater concentrating to an internal corner section occurs and an eaves gutter internal corner section structure using the member. SOLUTION: In this water receiving and splash preventing member 1 installed in the eaves gutter 2 at the internal corner section, an outdoor side wall 22 is formed higher than an indoor side wall 21, and the rainwater concentrating to the internal corner section is received by the outdoor side wall 22. The member is formed in a generally cylindrical shape so as to be inserted into the eaves gutter 2. The member is formed of a net-like body formed in a generally L-shape in plan view matching the internal corner section. A corner part to which the rainwater concentratedly flows is opened with the member inserted into the eaves gutter 2, and the rainwater is received therein through the opening 10.
