PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for stably securing external face plate installing yield strength by an adhesive by securing the thickness of the adhesive between an external face plate and an adhesive surface having a through-hole of an installation base by a predetermined dimension or more. SOLUTION: This structure adheres the external face plate 1 so as to become a structure for securing a clearance in front of a backing wall 3, that is, a joining structure for entangling an elastic adhesive 5 with the through-hole 2b of the adhesive surface 2a by arranging the adhesive surface 2a having the through-hole 2b of the installation base 2 arranged on a building side backing wall 3 in substantially parallel to an inner surface 1c of the external face plate 1. The external face plate installing structure is formed by arranging a spacer 4 having a predetermined thickness dimension between the adhesive surface 2a and the inner surface 1c of the external face plate 1 in at least two peripheral parts 1a for mutually separating a distance to one external face plate 1.
