PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery device for a rotary printing machine capable of delivering paper at unit of predetermined number of paper sheets securely without causing paper jamming due to missing of pages and paging disorder. SOLUTION: This paper delivery device for the offset rotary printing machine capable of nipping, holding, and conveying folded leaves cut by a cutting barrel 12 provided on a rear stream side of a folding machine 1 of the rotary printing machine and provided in the folding machine 1 by conveyance belts 16, 17 and delivering paper sheets in predetermined form is provided with a dividing device 2 having a swing switching means for switching folded leaves into a first path or a second path at unit of predetermined number of paper sheets by a blade 21, a stacking forming device 3 for lapping a part of folded leaves, and a block forming device 4 for putting the stacked and conveyed folded leaves into each block and conveying them.
