PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for performing strict analysis by confirming immobilization of an immobilized biomolecule to normalize a signal observed by interaction by a probe immobilization amount thereof. SOLUTION: In this method, by confirming interaction between a biomolecule A and a biomolecule C when observing interaction between the biomolecule A immobilized on a solid surface and a biomolecule B, it is confirmed that the biomolecule A is immobilized on the solid surface.
