PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional office for SOHO (small office home office) wherein even if one floor is constructed according to the maximum limit of a ratio of building volume conforming to the Building Standard Law, an office space cannot be formed in at least the portions of shared spaces such as a shared corrider and a shared stairway, and therefore, the office space cannot be efficiently formed. SOLUTION: In an office structure for the office for SOHO, an open corridor 0502 surrounds the peripheral parts of a plurality of sections 0501. Since the area of the open corridor is not included when the area of a floor is calculated, the office space can be more efficiently formed than the office structure by a prior art at a site for which the same rate of building volume to lot is determined.
