PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package with an opening function, which can be exactly opened without damaging or breaking a packaged article. SOLUTION: The article to be packaged is surrounded with a packaging film 12, and the packaging film 12 is shaped into a bag-like shape by heat-sealing a predetermined position of the packaging film. A non-sealed part 15 is mounted outside in the vicinity of the heat-sealed end-seal part 14, and a plurality of cut lines 16 are formed in the non-sealed part 15. The cut lines 16 are not in contact with the end-seal part 14, and the area surrounded by a plurality of the cut lines 16 becomes a tab 17. Part coat treatment 18 is given to at least the area wider than the area surrounded by the extended lines of the cut lines 16 in the end-seal part 14.
