PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly insert a supporting member in a support hole of an elastic body in assembling a muffler on a support frame. SOLUTION: This support structure of the muffler is inserted into the support hole 21 of the elastic body 18 by parallel-moving the muffler backward by facing a free end part (extrusion preventing part 31a) of the supporting member 31 against a central part of the elastic body 18 in assembling the muffler (supporting member 31) on a support frame 11. In the supporting structure of the muffler like this, width of spaces 19, 20 enabling the elastic body 18 to oscillate in the vertical direction is smaller in width than the supporting member 31, more materially, than an outside diameter of the extrusion preventing part 31a.
