PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer head capable of reliably preventing insufficient soldering by increasing the area of land patterns and improving the packaging density of ink pressure chambers. SOLUTION: The upper surface of a first piezoelectric layer 21 is provided, at a position corresponding to an ink pressure chamber 19A, with a drive electrode 20A having an approximately rhombus shape, which has a similar shape with and is slightly smaller than the projected shape of the ink pressure chamber 19A, and the land pattern 20B which is formed continuously from a sharp edge of the drive electrode 20A and has an arrow-like shape. Approximately at the center of the land pattern 20B, a through hole 20C is provided. In addition, the upper surface of a third piezoelectric layer 23 keeps many inner electrodes 23A, each of which having approximately the same shape as the drive electrode 20A and the land pattern 20B, located at the positions corresponding to the drive electrodes 20A and the land patterns 20B.
