PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnet roller, which suppresses occurrence of ripples in a magnetic force distribution in a length direction of a cylindrical mold without raising moisture content or temperature of a magnetic powder-containing material when the magnetic powder-containing material is injected from an end on one side in the length direction of the mold while applying a magnetic field to a cavity comprising a hollow part of the mold. SOLUTION: The magnetic powder-containing material is injected in the mold 1 so that one side in the length direction of the mold is regulated to a high temperature and the other side in the length direction of the mold is regulated to a low temperature.
