PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently react a reactive substrate-containing liquid with a reactive gas in a gas-liquid coexistence system. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid reaction method comprises a step of reacting a liquid-phase reactive substrate with the reactive gas in a minute tubular reactor to obtain a reaction product. The inside diameter of the minute tubular reactor is 5-10,000μm equivalent diameter. The minute tubular reactor has two or more gas introduction parts in the longitudinal direction thereof. Since the ratio of the volume of a liquid phase to that of a gas phase in the reactor becomes larger, the residence time can become longer to improve the productivity of a gas-liquid reaction.
