PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ground product of consistent quality by attaining the consistent feed of powder to a grinder. SOLUTION: A solid-liquid separating machine 6 is connected to an outlet of a grinder 3 for grinding a powder to be fed quantitatively from a powder feeder 1 into a grinding chamber with high-pressure helium gas to be sprayed from a spray nozzle 5, and the solid-gas mixed fluid discharged from the grinder 3 by the solid-liquid separating machine 6 is separated into the powder and helium gas. A gas outlet of the solid-gas separating machine 6 and an inlet of the spray nozzle 5 are communicated with each other via a circulation passage 9. A compressor 12 is provided on the circulation passage 9, and helium gas is compressed by the compressor 12 and fed to the spray nozzle 5. The grinder 3 and the powder feeder 1 are accommodated in a sealed box 20. A space L is formed between a lower end of a feed passage 2 of the powder to be fed from the powder feeder 1 to the grinder 3 and a hopper 4 of the grinder 3 to prevent pressure drop in the feed passage 2 and realize the consistent feed of the powder to the grinder 3.
