<p>Process for seasoning by roasting and/or recycling the wooden barrels used for the storing of beverages, comprising the application of a laser beam directly onto the surface all over the inner surface of the wooden staves that make up the barrel during a specific period of time. By using this technique, no other chemical, gaseous, or aromatic compound is produced by said laser beam, besides from those generated by or/and coming from the wood due to the effect of heating, toasting or recycling of its surface.</p> |
