PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil and a radio-frequency heating apparatus which uniformize the temperature distribution in a base of a magnetostrictive film, when radio-frequency heating is performed on the base of the magnetostrictive film of an axis of rotation to uniformize magnetic anisotropy. SOLUTION: This induction heating coil 101 comprises the cylindrical rod of the axis of rotation 11, the magnetostrictive films (magnetostrictive material plating part) 14A and 14B formed on the circumferential surface of the axis, and a ring (a single turn coil part) 101a which heats the magnetostrictive films.
