PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wheeler capable of preventing any overturn while the two-wheeler is parked, unnecessary to unlock handlebars so long as the two-wheeler is moved for a short distance, and free from any disability of the operation of the handlebars while the two-wheeler travels. SOLUTION: The two-wheeler has a permanent locking mechanism unit 2 for making a handlebar system 11 completely non-turnable, and a temporary locking mechanism unit 3 for making the handlebar system 11 turnable only when the turning force of the predetermined value or over is applied to the handlebar system 11. The permanent locking mechanism unit 2 is connected to a lock 6 via a first wire 40, and the temporary locking mechanism unit 3 is connected to a stand 7 via a second wire 41, respectively. When the lock 6 is in a locked state, the handlebar system 11 is completely non-turnable by the permanent locking mechanism unit 2 interlockingly therewith.
