PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of lighting by making it compact and thin. SOLUTION: A slit 12 is formed by leaving a bent part 11 of one side so as to surround an LED 6 mounted on an FPC 7 and is inclined so that illuminating light of the LED 6 is directed toward a target illuminating area 14 by raising a mounting part 9 of the LED 6 from a point of the slit 12 and bending it by the bent part 11 on the indoor lighting for a vehicle providing a flexible wiring substrate (EPC) 7 on which the LED 6 is mounted in a lamp housing and having a lamp cover attached thereon.
