PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated fin for a heat exchanger, which can enhance the cooling efficiency by effectively utilizing the whole surface area of a louver as a functional face for cooling and making the air flow smooth. SOLUTION: Blade surfaces 22 for shearing, cutting and bending are formed aslant in a gear plate 21 of one corrugating roll 2 of both corrugating rolls 1, 2. The tip of the blade surface 22 is formed with a broad land face 22a which is roughly parallel to the axial direction of the corrugating roll 2. The broad land face 22a is formed on an aslant face opposite to an aslant face of the blade surface 22 with respect to the axial direction of the corrugating roll 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
