PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush, achieving comfortable brushing for both the inside and outside of a tooth when holding a grip in the longitudinal direction and brushing in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This toothbrush 30 includes: the grip 31 having a holding part 34: and a head 32 in which a plurality of bristles 33 are planted at the base 39. The grip 31 is provided with a connecting part 36 extended from the tip of the holding part 34 obliquely to the axial A direction of the holding part so that the holding part axis A extending in the longitudinal direction of the holding part 34 and the grip side end of the head 32 are separated from each other by a predetermined distance (h) and also connecting the head 32 so that the axis B of the head is at a predetermined angle to the holding part axis A.
