PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the game information having an operation guide which is intelligible for a playing customer and the high security by a color liquid crystal display mounted on a game medium lending machine. SOLUTION: The color liquid crystal display 22 is mounted on the game medium lending machine 2 and an animation to guide an operation method of the game medium rending machine is displayed together with a sound. Also, a fingerprint reading means 25 is attached to the game medium lending machine 2 and a two-dimensional code 22a is displayed on the color liquid crystal display 22 on the basis of the certification of the fingerprint information input through the fingerprint reading means 25.
