PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope, etc., capable of being efficiently washed without impairing the operability and easiness of insertion of a treatment instrument. SOLUTION: The endoscope comprises a treatment instrument side conduit 30 whose one end is opened at the distal end of an insertion part 7 and whose other end is opened at a hand control part 8 without being branched on the way, a suction side conduit 32, whose one end is opened near a control side opening of the treatment instrument side conduit 30 and which is structured to communicate with a suction selector valve 37 and disposed inside the control part 8, and a filter unit 34 detachably attached to the control part side opening of the treatment instrument side conduit 30. The filter unit 34 has a function as a forceps plug, and comprises a conduit structured to communicate with the treatment instrument side conduit 30, a connection conduit branched from the conduit to be connected to the suction side conduit 32 and a filter 77a for collecting the tissue.
