PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize heat transmission balance, and restrict heating irregularity in a cooker with a narrow cooking space. SOLUTION: Heat transmitting material is disposed between a heating grill and a receiving plate below it. Circulation air currents heated by a heater, and blown by a blower are sent between the heat transmitting material and the receiving plate. Radiant heat from a very near distance toward the plane is thus achieved. Efficient and uniform heating cooking is enabled in spite of a narrow space constitution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
