<p>The invention relates to a folding piece of luggage, comprising a base (2) and several lateral walls (6-9) which define the thickness of the case and which include a back panel (6) and side panels (7, 9) that are adjacent to the back panel, said back panel and side panels extending in a non-detachable manner from the respective edges of the base. The inventive piece of luggage also comprises a cover (4) which extends in a non-detachable manner from the back panel and which is disposed opposite the base. The invention is characterised in that it comprises connection means (11) for detachably connecting the back panel (6) to the two side panels (7, 9) in a manner that depends on the thickness of the case. The detachable connection between the base and the side panels enables the base to be detached from the side panels, thereby enabling the case to be folded into a minimum volume configuration for storage and transport when empty.</p> |
