<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifreezing technology of a fuel cell which prevents freezing of moisture contained in the fuel cell even if the surroundings reach a temperature below freezing point or less and suppresses deterioration of the power generation characteristics even if used at cold district, in the technology field related to the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A static magnetic field generating means (12) which gives a static magnetic field and an electromagnetic wave generating means which gives electromagnetic wave are provided in a fuel cell stack (10) which generates power by introducing an anode gas and a cathode gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
