<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic alloy which comprises nanoscale fine crystal grains, has a high saturation magnetic flux density, also has excellent soft magnetic properties, is particularly easy to be subjected to powder production, and exhibits excellent magnetic properties as the one for powder, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a magnetic component. <P>SOLUTION: The production method includes: a stage where the molten metal of an alloy comprising Fe and semimetal elements is rapidly cooled, so as to produce an Fe-based alloy thin band or an Fe-based alloy thin flake having a structure wherein crystal grains having an average grain size of not more than 30 nm (exclusive of zero) are contained in an amorphous matrix in >0 to <30% by a volume fraction, and fractured by 180° bending; and a stage where the Fe-based alloy thin band or Fe-based alloy thin flake is subjected to heat treatment, so as to form a structure wherein crystal grains with a body-centered cubic structure having an average grain size of not more than 60 nm are contained in an amorphous matrix in ≥30% by a volume fraction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
