<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simplified composition in a reproduction device for a hologram recording medium on which data are recorded by angle-multiplexing, and also realize space saving and cost reduction in the reading unit of the reproduction device, in particular. <P>SOLUTION: In a hologram data reading unit, a plurality of reference light sources are disposed and switched so that irradiation with reproduction reference light can be made at a plurality of angles without preparing a complicated light source moving mechanism.
