摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Chinese noodles and pasta each slightly causing deterioration in quality with time, where garlic is added while suppressed in side effects such as smell. <P>SOLUTION: The Chinese noodles and the pasta are each obtained by adding garlic and honey into dough, wherein the garlic is coated with the honey to ease stimulation to the digestive organ such as the stomach so that physical condition is prevented from getting worse even when taking the garlic in large excess and smell of expiratory breath is suppressed. The honey coating the garlic is gradually digested in the body so that active ingredients of the garlic take long time before being absorbed in the body, and the effect is kept up for a longer period of time than that of conventional one. The optimal amount of honey to be used corresponds to almost a half of the dried garlic in weight, and oligosaccharide expected to have intestinal function controlling action can be used as a substitute for honey. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
