PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pants having hip-up function making the shape of wearer's hips look natural and causing slight uncomfortable feeling at the hips even when she (he) moves in spite of having longleg-effect. SOLUTION: The pants are provided with a buttock-side additional cloth formed at the buttock side of a girdle part at the lining side of the pants. The buttock-side additional cloth comprises an upper-part knitted piece 71 and a lower-part knitted piece 72. The upper-part knitted piece 71 and the lower-part knitted piece 72 comprise knitted pieces each extending from one side seem 2 to another side seem 2 through the buttock side. The upper-part knitted piece 71 is sewn into a pants main body cloth at the waist belt 4 and the side seem 2 of the pants. The lower-part knitted piece 72 is sewn into the pants main body cloth at the side seem 2 and the leg openings. The upper-part knitted piece 71 and the lower-part knitted piece 72 have superimposed parts in the vicinity of both of the side seems. The longitudinally superimposed width of the upper-part knitted piece 71 and the lower-part knitted piece 72 is widened toward both of the side seems 2 from the buttock side.
