POLYESTER RESIN FOR LAMINATING NONWOVEN FABRIC AND POLYESTER LAMINATED NONWOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin excellent in all of adhesion, extrusion properties and molding processability, a polyester laminated nonwoven fabric, a manufacturing method of the polyester laminated nonwoven fabric and a vehicle trim material using the polyester laminated nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The polyester resin (A) for laminating a nonwoven fabric is a pellet like polyester resin (A) based on a butylene terephthalate repeating unit and characterized in that (1) the melt tension at 250°C is 0.5-2.5 mN and (2) the difference (▵IV) between the intrinsic viscosity IV(S) of a pellet surface layer part and the intrinsic viscosity IV(C) of a pellet center part is 0.1 or below. The polyester laminated nonwoven fabric is constituted by extruding the resin (A) to laminate the extruded resin at least to one side of the nonwoven fabric to laminate the same to the nonwoven fabric. The manufacturing method of the polyester laminated nonwoven fabric and a vehicle trim material using the polyester laminated nonwoven fabric are also disclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
