PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of endotoxin or the like to invade into dialysate and the risk of deformation of a connection coupler itself. SOLUTION: This coupler for dialyzer connection includes: (A) a main body 2 made of a flexible material wherein a distal end of a connection plug 11 of a dialyzer is engaged to and detached from an aperture for the plug 10 of an internal liquid transporting channel 9; (B) a line joint 3 made of a metal which is inserted in the main body 2 and is connected to the liquid transporting channel 9; (C) a connection tube made of a metal having an adhering section 16 which is engaged from outside and fixed to a distal end of the main body 2 and a connection section 17 which is disposed to project ahead from the adhering section 16 in a radial direction and is engaged from outside to and detached from the connection plug 11; and (D) a fixing mechanism 5 which removably fixes the connection tube to the connection plug 11. A bottom surface in the aperture for the plug 10 is a first sealing surface to adhere closely to a distal end surface of the connection plug 11 in a watertight condition, and the side surface of the aperture for the plug 10 is a second sealing surface which is flatly connected to the inside surface of the connection sectio 17 of the connection tube and adheres closely to the side surface of the distal end of the connection plug 11 in the watertight condition.
