A light color variable type goods display stand is provided to improve value of goods by a visual effect by varying colors of light at any time, and to form various shapes of a display stand by easily transforming a shape of the display stand by change of the support plate. A light color variable type goods display stand includes: an inner space(30) formed by a main body frame(11) of a hexahedral shape with opened top and bottom, plural gap pieces(11a) installed inside the main body frame, a bottom plate(13) for closing the bottom of the main body frame, and a support plate(12) for closing the top of the main body frame; a transparent connection pillar(14) inserted into at least one connection hole(12a) formed on the support plate, and a seat plate(15) fixed to the top of the connection pillar; a main body having a chip RGB(31) and a control board(32) for controlling a color of the light emitted from the chip RGB; and a transparent cover(20) fixed to the top of the main body, and having a groove(21) formed on the upper and rear side.
