An underground wire connector for a ground distribution box is provided to hold union between an underground wire connecting member and an underground wire continuously, thereby supplying power stably and preventing electricity safety concerns. An underground wire connector for a ground distribution box(B) includes an insulating case(100), a conductive connector terminal(200), and a conductive underground cable connecting member(300). The insulating case has a first path portion(110) and a second path portion(120). The first path portion is penetrated in a horizontal direction. The second path portion is connected to the first path portion vertically to be open to the outside. The conductive connector terminal is installed in the first path portion of the case rotatably and detachably to be detacably coupled to a bushing terminal(b1) of the ground distribution box by screws. The conductive underground cable connecting member is installed in the second path portion of the case to connect an underground wire(W) and the connector terminal electrically. The second path portion has a cylindrical upper path(121) and a lower path(122). The lower path includes a lower path body(122a) of a semi-circle section shape, a cover, a first elastic member(122c), a second elastic member, and a locking device. The lower path body is extended in a lower direction in the upper path. The cover forms the semi-circle section shape with the lower path body of the semi-circle section shape and is rotatably fastened to the lower path body to hold and fix the W. The first elastic member is fixed by covering the inside of the lower path body. The second elastic member is fixed by covering the inside of the cover. The locking device holds a locking state of the lower path body and the cover selectively. When the W is inserted to the underground wire connector, the underground wire connector covers the circumference of the W and compresses and fixes the W.
