<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for culture of fish and shellfish used as culturing feed for raising seeds and seedlings such as young shells or young fish so as to favorably and stably grow the young shells or fish, and solving the problem of environmental pollution. <P>SOLUTION: The feed for culture of fish and shellfish comprises biodegradable hybrid gel particles formed of wall material gel 3 comprising biodegradable polymer gel formed at the surface of a core material gel 2 comprising fish meat gel.
