<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a desired position exactly without broadening a groove for inserting a cutter blade or the like, mounted in an end-sealer. <P>SOLUTION: An end-sealing device has a pair of rotary shafts 31 and 31', and end-sealers 32 and 32'connected to a pair of the rotary shafts respectively. Grooves 32b and 32b' crossing in a lateral direction are mounted at the central portions of the sealing surfaces 32a and 32a' at the end of the end-sealer, and the end side of the end-sealer is separated into first blocks 32c and 32c' and second blocks 32d and 32d' by the groove. A cutter blade 35 or a receiving blade 36 is inserted in the groove. The cutter blade or the receiving blade is fixed by inserting a setscrew 41 from the first block and making the end of the setscrew contact the cutter blade or the receiving blade.
