PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic optical film and an antistatic adhesive optical film having excellent antistatic effect.

SOLUTION: In the antistatic optical film having an antistatic layer laminated on at least one surface of an optical film, a conductive member is provided at least on a part of the side surface of the antistatic optical film and the conductive member is brought into contact with the antistatic layer.
