<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating apparatus of a harmful gas which enhances the reaction efficiency (treating efficiency) of superheated steam with the harmful gas by effectively bringing the superheated steam into contact with the harmful gas, and safely detoxifies the harmful gas. <P>SOLUTION: The treating apparatus of the harmful gas is provided with a saturated steam generating part 10, a harmful gas introducing part 20 for introducing the harmful gas containing harmful substances into the saturated steam, a superheated steam generating part 30 converting the saturated steam in a mixed gas to the superheated steam by heating the mixed gas of the saturated steam and the harmful gas, and a discharge pipe 40 discharging the harmful substances detoxified by the superheated steam to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
