<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand or limit attributes with simple operation in response to an attribute change request from a user by changing specified attribute information freely for performing a variety of data processing of electronic documents once created. <P>SOLUTION: When only a text part is enciphered, and saved and managed on a storage device by changing the internal table of font and creating an electronic document by using the table in a state that access permission attribute and ID information by function are set to the electronic document created by application, on the basis of a simple attribute information change instruction from a PC, access permission information on the managed electronic document is set in an access information management table, the font file is stored as a simplified enciphered font file, the attribute information is read to expand or prohibit the attribute in response to individual attribute change request to the attribute information, attributes different from the time of registration is set to the electronic document already created, and update management is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
