<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole soybean food product having the same texture as that of ordinary bean curd, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean food products includes ≥90% crused soybeans of a particle diameters of 30 to 10 μm as a raw material.
