PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for a battery lid integrally molded with an explosion-proof part, which minimizes a fracture caused by an increase of an inner pressure in a battery case because the explosion proof part is integrally molded in the battery lid simultaneously when the battery lid is press-formed, of which the individual sheet thickness in the explosion proof part does not need to be measured after having been press-molded, and which does not need to be annealed in order to adjust its strength. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet for the battery lid has a composition comprising, by mass%, 1.15-1.35% Fe, 0.40-0.60% Mn, further 0.005-0.15% Ti or 0.005-0.15% Ti and 0.0005-0.05% B, and the balance Al with impurities. Among the impurities, Si is controlled to 0.15% or less, Cu to 0.05% or less, and Mg to 0.05% or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
