PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal branching apparatus capable of sufficiently relaxing distortion in a transmission waveform without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A ferrite 15 made of a material whose component contains Mn-Zn is connected to at least either of transmission line side terminals 13F, 13G and branch part side terminals 14M, 14N, in branch parts 14A to 14D connected to a plurality of transmission lines 13 through which electric signals can be transmitted, to provide a sufficient resistive component between both the terminals 13F, 13G and 14M, 14N in addition to an inductive component.
