PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective type valuables storing device capable of solving the problems on the storage and control of valuables caused by the use of personal identification numbers. SOLUTION: This collective type valuables storing device 1 having a plurality of storage boxes 2 opening and closing a door 21 by an electromagnetic lock comprises an operation display part 3 displaying the storage box 2 not in use and an operating method to users, a reader/writer 4 communicating with an RFID tag 8 incorporated in a score card holder 7 and reading ID data from the RFID tag 8, a human body characteristic recognition sensor recognizing the characteristics of a human body such as a fingerprint reader 5, and a computer 6 processing and storing ID data read by the reader/writer 4 and human body characteristic data read by the human body characteristic recognition sensor. The electromagnetic lock of a door 21 is locked or unlocked on the basis of the ID data in the RFID tag 8 and the human body characteristic data without using personal identification numbers.
