PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device and an image forming device having firm structures and being miniaturized. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device 18 has a paper feeding device main body 19 having a square-shaped bottom face and supported at at least four points in the vicinity of four corners and a paper feeding cassette 50 mounted in the paper feeding device main body 19 by leaving a part. This paper feeding cassette 50 is turnably provided in the paper feeding device main body 19 by using any one of four points of the paper feeding device main body 19 as a fulcrum. This image forming device 10 has an image forming device main body 12 having a square-shaped bottom face and supported at at least four points in the vicinity of four corners, an image forming means 14 provided in this image forming device main body 12, and the paper feeding cassette 50 loaded with sheets to be fed into the image forming means 14 and mounted in the image forming device main body 12 by leaving a part. This paper feeding cassette 50 is turnably provided in the image forming device main body 12 by using any one of four points of the image forming device main body 12 as a fulcrum.
